At the very top of the slope, on the brink of the forest and overlooking the lake, we have designed 31 row houses. Inspired by the manner in which the classical Swedish row house plays with volumes to create space, we make the most out of the extroardinary assets of the site. Shifts in plan, together with the sloping terrain, creates private gardens and entrances. This theme is further picked up in the section, where terraces overlooking the landscape are created.

The individual houses, with their modulated volumes, are carefully laid out in the terrain to form a whole that balances between varied and coherent. The facades of fir and pine are stained in nuances ranging from light to dark, to give each unit its own voice.

Construction is set to start during the later half of 2016.
